As someone who has spent her entire personal and professional life in education as a student, educator, and learning solutions product innovator, the latter part of this quote is my credo. Since 2007, I’ve dedicated my career to solving customer problems through the creation of innovative new products, services & business models in the educational technology sector. My experience in sales, implementation, portfolio & technology product management well positioned me for my current role leading higher education platform strategy and product delivery for McGraw Hill. I am responsible for owning and implementing a broad content and platform vision and strategy, encompassing all platforms that deliver higher education product to market. I oversee content development, product and platform management, technical product management, program management, customer solutions and operations, and UI/UX.I am a trusted and respected leader with vision that embraces transformation as a constant part of our lives. As such, I lean into change management and have extensive experience building teams and driving cultural & business priority changes in organizations. I am comfortable taking calculated risks & working through ambiguity to solve challenges and create plans to progress teams and businesses through evolution that drives revenue growth and long-term success.I am passionate about people. Nothing is more important in life than the individuals you surround yourself with personally and professionally. As such, building teams and managing and developing talent is what drives me as a transformative leader. Businesses are most often successful because of strong talent and culture. I set the bar high for myself and others. My style is described as having relentless drive with accountability for delivering results and succeeding against goals while firmly partnering with and supporting individuals and teams along the journey. And life is short so pushing outside my comfort zone, adventuring, learning, growing, and having fun along the way are imperative.
