My successes as a Learning Leader include leading teams of up to 15 people, shaving 2 hours per associate off of onboarding training through innovation, introducing/presenting DuPont\'s S.T.O.P. Safety training program, improving intern retention by 75%, and developing training materials and handbooks for new internal and external software roll-outs, sales presentations, and multiple internship programs. I\'ve delivered results in workplaces as varied as professional offices and distribution centers. My breadth and depth of experience of working with people in training, documentation, recruitment, software development, customer service, and, most recently, safety enabled me to support the attainment of corporate goals. • Developed a complete training curriculum, manual and user’s guide to introduce a new 3rd-party software program. Facilitated training for more than 200 associates, leading to near-immediate readiness for adoption.• Was commended for delivering over-the-phone to non-native English-speaking colleagues in Thailand. They reported that the training I had prepared for them was the best they had received.• Planned, organized and implemented an internship program for 14 traditional interns and 6 high school interns, resulting in a 75% retention increase in 1 year.
