Kathleen plays a foundational role in shaping ServiceNow’s go-to-market value strategy, anchoring GTM plays, pricing models, and customer renewals in credible business value outcomes. Her team develops industry-specific value frameworks backed by benchmarks and financial modeling, influencing everything from sales enablement to customer decision confidence. In addition, Kathleen has also worked with analyst firms such as Forrester to inform value realization strategies and validate transformation baselines.As the Inspire Value leader for the HCLS Major Area, Kathleen directly contributed to $193M in revenue in 2024—including 29% YoY growth, 43 large deals over $1M, and 23 new logos. Her value strategies were integral in supporting two $10M+ wins and helped position HCLS as the top-performing Major Area of the year. Kathleen regularly participates in win/loss reviews, co-creates GTM value narratives, and provides executive coaching to ensure value-based selling stays aligned with product-market fit and enterprise goals.Kathleen has been named “Inspire Value Manager of the Year” twice – in 2022 and 2024.
