I\'m a multidisciplinary operator with a track record of helping founders move faster, smarter, and more sustainably. From launching zero-to-one products in SaaS and e-commerce to scaling global operations in luxury and tech, I thrive in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments where ownership, curiosity, and execution matter most. My career started in luxury retail, managing flagship teams of 130+ at Chanel across Hong Kong and Paris. There, I learned how to lead complex teams through change and obsess over high-touch customer experience. Later, I founded two ventures, including Zipps.io—a B2B SaaS platform digitizing the fashion supply chain—and Opus Mind, a circular leather goods brand. These experiences sharpened my ability to wear multiple hats and navigate uncertainty with rigor and grace. Whether I’m acting as a COO, founder-in-residence, or customer success lead, I bring structure to chaos and help teams move from vision to delivery. My superpowers include cross-functional collaboration, systems thinking, and translating abstract ideas into actionable roadmaps.
