Cultivated donors and collaborated in annual golf tournament to raise monies for cancer research and international visiting professorships. • Developed a robust education program within the department - Founded Urology Residency program; founded a Clinical Fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (certified by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education); support maintenance of Urologic Oncology Fellowship (certified by Society of Urologic Oncology)• Created and developed a comprehensive research program and team o Established a database of patients, and shepherded evolution through 3 platforms o Negotiated for support of and recruited 3 doctorate level members dedicated to research support for urology (grant writer, database analyst, and biostatistician)• Established a comprehensive Pelvic Floor Center that grew from 2 providers and now includes a multidisciplinary team comprised of 7 fellowship-trained surgeons, a medical urologist, and a physicians\' assistant (PA-C)
