Recruiting: I currently lead recruitment for our Global Energy and Utility practices. I love sourcing (finding talent). My focus is on team lifts and proactive pipelines. Main areas of support: Data Science, Economics and Investment Strategy, Applied Science, Digital, Asset Management, Operating Model, Operations & Improvement, and Growth Strategy Assessment: I’m currently leading a global I&D transformation project for assessment here at PA. I also love working with our hiring teams to develop quant (and sometimes qual) focused assessment centers.
