My career is dedicated to building thriving, mission-driven educational communities by designing systems that are sustainable, inclusive, and responsive to evolving needs. I believe the strongest organizations are those that balance operational excellence with a clear sense of purpose, and I bring that balance into every role I hold.As President and Principal of Notre Dame Elementary School, an independent nonprofit governed by a board of executive directors, I guided the institution through a period of significant growth and renewal. Managing a $4.26M operating budget, I oversaw academics, advancement, HR, facilities, and marketing, creating structures that stabilized and positioned the organization for long-term success. Under my leadership, we drove 150% enrollment growth, revitalized curriculum, and established ground-up systems for teacher development, student support, and community engagement.Writer and businessman Alvin Toffler wrote, “The illiterate of the 21st Century are not those who cannot read and write but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.” As a life-long learner, I hope to empower teachers and students to actively participate in their own personal growth and academic development.
