In January 2015, escrow officer Kathleen Huntsman joined Chicago Title of Southern California as Senior Commercial Escrow Officer for the National Commercial Services division where she will coordinate closures and oversee the disbursement of funds in commercial real estate transactions. This current position is a result of a recent acquisition of the TransAmerican Escrow Company located in Newport Beach. Kathleen\'s commitment to providing over 38 years of outstanding service to her clients, coupled with her experience in managing the intricacies of complex escrow transactions such as bulk sales and commercial acquisitions has given Kathleen a stellar reputation in her industry. Kathleen started her career clerking for a title officer at California Land Title Company while attending Pierce College. She then worked for her family business Escrow Consultants, Inc, working her way up the ranks to escrow officer. After a tenure stay at a competitor, Kathleen finally made it back to Chicago Title of Southern California. Kathleen has significant experience working with commercial contracts and closing business transactions, ranging from single-asset purchases and sales to billion-dollar acquisitions. She looks forward to this next chapter in her professional career where she will continue to help clients meet their goals in complex commercial transactions and be a risk management expert for her clients and her company. Kathleen has lived and worked in Newport Beach for 35+ years giving her the opportunity to amass a large following of our industry’s top producers who continue to rely on her for advice and smooth closings. Her passions outside of real estate include rescuing dogs for her favorite organization, Pet-Match Rescue, and most of all spoiling her grandson Luke.
