Manage and oversee all logistics for customer events (agenda, venue selection, flights, rooming, transportation, itineraries catering, executive dinners, AV, communication, registration, etc.) Research and select venues for events. Travel to chosen venue to ensure meeting space requirements are as needed. Ensure contract parameters are within the provided budget. Meet with key corporate sales and marketing contacts regarding all needs for scheduled events. Coordinate meetings to determine meeting dates, agendas, locations, signage, etc, Work with venue contacts closely to determine all logistics are being executed -rooming, meeting space arrangements, supply deliveries, catering, etc.
