Kathleen, Past Chancellor, Philadelphia Bar Association, Zone One Governor, Pennsylvania Bar, is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Wilson Elser and admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Wilson Elser has offices around the country and internationally. Kathleen built her practice and earned her reputation defending complex cases involving products liability, asbestos, construction, premises, professional liability, toxic tort, medical devices and pharmaceuticals, employment, insurance, bad faith. She also serves as an insurance policy writer. A litigator with more than 30 years of experience, Kathleen is regularly entrusted by clients with their most difficult cases, frequently involving death and severe injury and exposures.
