My background as a Chartered Structural Engineer with over 20 years design and project management experience, I have had the opportunity to work on a number of exciting, innovative and varied schemes. Valuable time has been spent co-located, collaborating in a Contractor/Client/Designer team. This exposure has kept me striving to think outside the confines of simply a design role, but looking at improving processes and building the right solution for the Client. As an advocate for diverse teams, I’m keenly interested in promoting networks across companies to encourage and retain staff at all levels and from all backgrounds.
