ABOUT KATHLEEN ASMUS

With over 25 years of experience in program management, project management and consulting,(23 years remote) I am an expert in legal and professional services software solutions, specializing in Elite products, Workday HCM and Financials, Procore and Tenna. I have successfully managed and delivered multiple complex and high-value projects for clients across the legal, construction and professional services sectors, ranging from $500K to $5M in budget and involving 5 to 25 resources per team.Currently, I am a Program Manager implementing multiple ERP software; Workday, Procore, Tenna, Service Now and Phenom. Previously, I served as a Senior Project Manager at NetSuite, where I led and oversaw the implementation and upgrade of NetSuite\'s cloud-based business management software for the advertising, media and publishing vertical. Prior to NetSuite, I served as a team manager with Elite Technology, specialized software for law firms and professional services organizations. As a Program Manager, I am responsible for ensuring the quality, timeliness, and profitability of the projects, as well as reporting to executive leadership on key metrics and outcomes. I am also a certified PMP and 3E professional, and I leverage my skills and knowledge to advise clients on best practices, PMO consulting, and business continuity. My mission is to help clients optimize their business processes and performance through innovative and practical software solutions.
