With over 25 years of experience in program management, project management and consulting,(23 years remote) I am an expert in legal and professional services software solutions, specializing in Elite products, Workday HCM and Financials, Procore and Tenna. I have successfully managed and delivered multiple complex and high-value projects for clients across the legal, construction and professional services sectors, ranging from $500K to $5M in budget and involving 5 to 25 resources per team.Currently, I am a Program Manager implementing multiple ERP software; Workday, Procore, Tenna, Service Now and Phenom. Previously, I served as a Senior Project Manager at NetSuite, where I led and oversaw the implementation and upgrade of NetSuite\'s cloud-based business management software for the advertising, media and publishing vertical. Prior to NetSuite, I served as a team manager with Elite Technology, specialized software for law firms and professional services organizations. As a Program Manager, I am responsible for ensuring the quality, timeliness, and profitability of the projects, as well as reporting to executive leadership on key metrics and outcomes. I am also a certified PMP and 3E professional, and I leverage my skills and knowledge to advise clients on best practices, PMO consulting, and business continuity.
