Responsible for the management of education initiatives to ensure the most effective development and delivery of quality, safety and service programs as they relate to patient experience, family experience, guest experience, community experience and employee experience.• Maintains a consistent dialog with leadership in the development of new, enhanced, and upgraded community and educational programs. Ensures that the education programs are in concert with the product that the project teams are developing.• Serves as an expert resource for Educational Services team members on process improvement, productivity, learning, technical and operational issues.• Prepares and presents multilingual marketing strategies for leadership approval and the dissemination of educational services information as they relate to clinical use, patient and community educational sessions and services.• Acts as liaison between Parkland and non-profit and foundation organizations for the development, improvement and implementation of new and existing programs.• Manages the mix of courses and programs offered, whether in a classroom, offsite or in an online format, for all supervised programs and initiatives. Ensures content is current, new courses and materials are fully developed and validated for presentation, and that the most appropriate tools are used to create the educational sessions.• Uses program analysis as a tool to improve educational session content and delivery as well as for community education improvement.• Contributes to the development of short-term and long-term goals and plans for the Parkland Academy. Prioritizes and projects delivery of new and existing programs and initiatives setting schedules, adherence to project timelines, and setting of delivery schedules.
