Launch 10 to 15 new SKUs across various frozen brands platforms and participate in theannual savings goal of over $700K every year.Support the commercialization activities and maintenance ofspecifications and ERP system within R&D Food Design team. FacilitateR & D Product Lifecycle Management process information within PLM andERP systems to meet R&D design and Food Safety & Quality requirements.Apply fundamental concepts of the end-to-end development andcommercialization processes.Maintain and update specifications, material master data and documentsby entering acquired data into Oracle, SAP and other tools and systems.Manage specification and approval workflows to key business partners,including Product Development, Quality, Labeling and Brand Designteams.Support incoming Plant Initiated Change Requests by completing masterdata changes to recipes and bill of materials (BOMs).Ensure data accuracy while meeting designated Service Level Agreements.Transfer knowledge on Oracle and SAP processes and transactions toPlant Finance, Procurement, Operations team members andcross-functional partners.Effectively use defined processes and technology to meet business needs.Manage inbox requests from internal and external business partners.Contribute to continuous improvements to workflow, procedures andtasks to provide more efficient processes.Participate in designated technical and cross-functional project teams.Work closely with the R&D Food Designers, along with Quality, FoodLabeling, Regulatory, and PLM Commercialization teams to ensure thequality and alignment of master recipes meet project objectives, businessneeds, and completeness. Contribute to the continuous improvement andmaintenance of commercialization processes.
