About Katheryn Bradley
I am a management-side labor and employment lawyer. I represent private and public employers in workplace disputes throughout the Pacific Northwest, including Washington, Oregon and Alaska, where I am licensed.I have successfully defended employers in lawsuits alleging claims for wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, and leave and wage and hour violations for three decades. I devote a substantial part of my practice to counseling managers and human resource professionals in organizations of all sizes. I counsel employers through the process of carrying out reductions in force, separations and terminations to avoid employment claims and unfair labor practices. I help our clients manage leave and navigate through the interactive process to accommodate employees with disabilities. I prepare executive employment agreements, effective covenants not to compete and other agreements to protect trade secrets and intellectual property. I work closely with management and executives to enforce non-competition agreements and respond to cease and desist letters. I conduct and oversee workplace investigations.
