I have over 20 years of experience in all facets of Real Estate/Property Management. Mostly in a conventional portfolio with an emphasis on A-B product. My strengths are in rehab, lease-up, and maintaining occupancy in saturated sub-markets. Many of my years in this industry have been dedicated to team building & mentoring, training and focusing my leadership skills on working in a \"lead by example\" atmosphere. I consider myself an \"occupancy specialist\". My goal is to dive straight into a community and uncover any needs not met in order to maximize NOI.
