   I am working with a clothing companies to ship their goods from Asia to various countries around the world. I start of by getting the packing list from the factory and providing them the UCC Labels and a draft customs invoice. I check up with the factory and confirm that they have shipped the goods and follow up with the tracking, custom documents, and FCRS. I have to inform the factory of the shipping documents that are needed so the good may clear custom. Once the goods ship and clear customs I work in SAP and invoice the shipment.I work daily on the POE shipments to make sure that the vessel delays are being marked.I extract data from multiple sources, transform it into a single unified data set, and loading it into SAP properly. I clean up data from SAP and send out reports to my team with the usable needed data.We started using InforNexus and I taught myself how to use the system. I created the SOP\'s that my team currently use as well as the factory and vendors.
