   In my most recent tenure, I deliver leadership to a team of controllers across several business units in distribution/imports, manufacturing and direct to consumer segments of a billion-dollar NA operations. I manage general accounting, AP, AR, costing, master data and FP & A teams with eight direct and 22 indirect reporters. I also partner with the HQ members to execute in-depth budgeting and forecasting activities. Moreover, I formulate and present financial reporting monthly package, including data analysis. To contribute to implementing best possible accounting and financial standards, I introduced new accounting policies and software tools. Another core function of mine is to assess and optimize accountability by establishing new KPIs. I develop, mentor and direct high-performance team in monthly deliverables. A few of my notable accomplishments are: Streamlined entire month-end close process (eight to three days) via improvement of accuracy and timeliness. Full balance sheet reconciliation. Utilized RPA to transition collection and GrossToNet processes as well as ensured DSO reduction, automation and head counts savings. Drove successful financial integration of newly acquired subsidiaries and roll out ERP system. Accelerated efficiency of weekly cash flow analysis and forecast through effective transformation. Identified and reduced critical financial risks by leading annual audit process and relevant transition to quarterly reviews, including SOX implementation for high levels of compliance and IPO readiness.
