My work centers on designing systems and experiences that help people feel connected, supported, and able to contribute in meaningful ways. I focus on bringing clarity to complex environments: translating information, priorities, and vision into structures that are actionable, aligned, and sustainable over time.Across my career, I have led initiatives that strengthen operations, rebuild processes, and improve coordination across teams and departments. I am particularly skilled at organizing ambiguity by developing systems, workflows, and communication strategies that support consistent decision-making and follow-through. My approach is both analytical and relational, grounded in the belief that strong systems should make it easier for people to do their best work together.In my current role as Director of Alumni Relations, I design and advance strategies that foster lifelong connection between graduates and the university. This work centers on building communities where alumni feel a sense of belonging, see clear pathways to contribute, and remain connected through evolving stages of life and career. I partner across campus to align alumni engagement with institutional priorities, strengthening collaboration and elevating alumni as contributors to student success, workforce development, and community impact.My perspective is shaped by years of supporting both individual and organizational growth. I understand how culture, communication, and operational design influence outcomes, and I focus on creating environments where engagement is not transactional, but relational, where participation grows into stewardship, and stewardship into shared ownership over time.
