ABOUT ELLY SPALDING
I recently graduated from Indiana University in May 2025 with a background in Informatics and Business, and I’ve intentionally built experience across business analytics and hands-on retail.At the Indianapolis Colts, I work in business analytics — building performance reporting, analyzing engagement data, and helping marketing and digital teams make clearer decisions. I like understanding what’s actually driving results and turning messy information into something usable.Outside of corporate settings, I’ve worked in boutique retail and run my own vintage and luxury resale project. I source, price, photograph, and merchandise pieces myself, which has been a hands-on way to understand demand, product positioning, and how brand aesthetic actually translates to sales.I’m analytical by training but creative by instinct. I care about how things look, how they perform, and how they scale. I’m drawn to roles where data, product, and brand strategy overlap — especially in environments that value both structure and taste.
