I serve as a connection point between the client and the internal team. I work with the client to define their objectives. We then craft the right strategies, tactics and messages to meet those goals as a team. As projects move forward, I work with the internal team and the client to ensure the final product is delivered on strategy, on time and on budget. And because new business is the lifeblood of any agency, I contribute to new business pitches-both strategy development and in-person presentations.Internally, I lead our Account Service department, helping to drive continuous improvement. This includes improving internal processes, onboarding, training, department communication and cross-department collaboration. I also lead our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiative.
