As Head of Global Philanthropy & STEM initiatives at NI, I support our commitment to change the faces of engineering, build an equitable and thriving society, and engineer a healthy planet. I oversee our philanthropic giving, STEM initiatives and CSR. Working with our strategic non-profit partners, we diversify the STEM pipeline by supporting underrepresented or underserved students. Through storytelling, I ensure we amplify how non-profit organizations, students, customers, and thought leaders are making a difference in our industry and communities. A strategic thinker with deep expertise in marketing, operations, and program management, I thrive on inspiring and motivating high-performing teams. I harness the strength of cross-functional teams across organizations to deliver results for our partners, customers, and community.
