Hi! I\'m Kate, Director of Enterprise Data Science & Machine Learning at Pfizer. My mission is to create amazing AI/ML solutions to accelerate development and to provide an \'easy\' button for researchers and staff stuck in manual processes. What does success look like to me? Saving lives, one discovery or improved process at a time. No incredible solution makes it to production without incredible teams and teamwork; our team has talent, collaboration, drive and innovation baked into their daily practice. We are a mix of practices: from data modelling to machine learning to software development; we thrive on innovation but ground ourselves in best practices and agile workflow.
