About Katherine Odykirk

I am a passionate, self-motivated, and driven Human Resources Business Partner at the Boeing Company. My interests and passion in HR lie in enabling global businesses with HR strategies, and coaching to make a positive difference in the strategic priorities of an organization. I am SHRM-CP certified and continuously seek to apply my diverse professional experiences, and leadership brand that have allowed me to focus on areas such as project management, leadership curriculum development, process implementation, change management, strategic planing and analysis, critical thinking, and support for Global P&L Business units to gain valuable work experiences in the Human Resources field. I am a curious learner who enjoys being challenged to lean into ambiguity, use my creative thinking, and leverage and grow my leadership brand of being a resilient, collaborative, inquisitive, creative, and authentic change leader. My strengths in relationship building, effective communication, and my curious mindset set me apart from her peers. I graduated from The University of Minnesota Carlson School of Business with a Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. I joined Boeing as an HRBP intern in 2019. January 2020, i started my career in the Boeing HR Career Foundation Rotational Program, where I had rotations with the Learning Organization, Employee Solutions, Change Management & Organization Optimization, and HR Operations for BGS. Now out of the rotational program I have worked numerous roles in HR Operations, Strategy and Integration, and HR Business Partner for both P&L and functional business.In my free time, I enjoy being outside and active, watching movies, and spending time with family, friends & my dog Murphy. k••••••••@gmail.com
