Assisted with moving HR IT access requests coming through Top Desk, resulting in same day completion of access requests•Rebuilt and redesigned dashboards for easier consumption and digestion of information for leadership. Gathered and analyzed business requirements through interviews and employee metrics for enhanced KPI reporting, resulting in a decrease in employee turnover.•Presented KPI, employee metrics and Economy data monthly for Directors and above in Human Resources.
