She used her competencies of galvanizing and tenacity to develop and implement various successful employee centric programs, as well as design and execute the company’s largest, most successful event for their employee owners for eight years. As Talent Acquisition Manager, Katherine used her strengths of discernment and enablement to help identify and develop working teams across eight regional branches in the Southeast.
