I am a mixed method research and insights lead. I drive business impact by translating ambiguous problem spaces into executable research programs that drive, and future-proof, product strategy. Most recently, I led a multi-disciplinary team supporting the entire portfolio of personalized music listening (>50% of music consumption!) at Spotify. In a past life, I was a tenure-track professor, where I taught college courses on Statistics, Gender, and Social Demography. I published papers on the social determinants of health, work-family balance over the life course, and the medical profession.
