I help high-achieving women close the gap between who they are and how they show up at the identity level.Most of my clients are accomplished - C-suite leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, professional speakers - women who\'ve built impressive careers but still feel friction between their internal capabilities and external presentation. They\'re not broken. They\'re not struggling. They\'re done with \"fine\" and ready for alignment.The problem with \"fine\":\"Fine\" is expensive. It costs you deals, opportunities, mental bandwidth, and strategic influence.
