As Executive Director of Administration for Eastern Star Church and our nonprofit arm, JEWEL Human Services, I have the honor of stewarding over $80 million in assets—debt free—across three campuses and multiple community-centered initiatives rooted in hope, restoration, and generational impact.But this isn’t just administration. This is ministry through infrastructure. Leadership through love. I get to wake up every day and help lead a movement that is transforming lives in one of the most historically underserved neighborhoods in Indianapolis—Arlington Woods.From the Rock Initiative to the ROCK Community Center for Youth and Children, from esccare.org to our afterschool feeding programs and financial wellness efforts, I serve at the intersection of faith and strategy, bringing vision to life through operational excellence, team leadership, and a heart fiercely committed to God’s people.This work is deeply personal.
