Katherine Ketter, MPH, is a public health leader and strategist dedicated to building healthier communities through trust, access, and meaningful partnership.With more than 20 years of experience in public health and community-based work, Kat is known for translating strategy into action—bringing together healthcare systems, community organizations, and local leaders to address real-world barriers to health. Her work focuses on advancing health equity through innovative approaches that integrate preventive care, food access, maternal health, and menstrual health into community-centered models of care. She has created more than 2 dozen programs over the course of her career that connect individuals and families to care, community based resources, and education directly in the neighborhoods they call home.Katherine is the founder of The Katherine Ketter Fund for Public Health and HerHealth Futures, a free workforce development cohort for high school girls interested in healthcare and STEM careers. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in Community Leadership at Alvernia University and holds a Master of Public Health from Liberty University, where she graduated with highest distinction.Her leadership and impact have been recognized with the 2025 Bernadine Legacy Award from Alvernia University and the Orgullosamente Mujer Community Impact Award from the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and the Hispanic Cancer Society of Pennsylvania.
