ABOUT KATHERINE LAM
I am an experienced corporate governance professional and solicitor, advising boards and senior managers on corporate governance matters and relevant regulatory requirements. The subsidiary boards I\'ve managed cover a broad scope: funds (primarily regulated funds and real estate funds), pension plans and complex capital transactions. My experience is multi-jurisdictional, covering the UK, Europe (Ireland, Netherlands & Switzerland) and Australia. My role requires emotional intelligence and the use of soft power to enhance board dynamics. I am passionate about Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and have been an instrumental part of the DEI groups across my current and previous places of work. I am a Nominations & Governance committee member for Samaritans charity.
