ABOUT KATHERINE SHERIDAN

I am an experienced HR Leader, Career Coach and Consultant. I built the foundation of my career over many years at IBM with roles in Finance, Sales, Education and ultimately Human Resources where I was instrumental in creating and implementing a Career Centre with the objective of retaining top talent in a highly competitive IT Market. This pivotal moment in my career inspired me to pursue a Master of Education Degree, specializing in Counselling Psychology. Since then, my work has focused primarily on striving to optimize the employee experience within organizations. I am highly adaptable, having worked for large global organizations, mid-size companies, and small businesses serving clients across multiple industries including Information Technology Consulting, Commercial Real Estate, HR Consulting, Finance, Government and Healthcare. I bring a balanced business perspective grounded in best practices from front-line business experience and a variety of HR roles.
