I oversee strategic planning, efficient management, and execution of operational functions for Dynamic Communities shows including Community Summit North America. I manage and ensure attainment of exhibitor ROI and budgetary gains through liaison with sales for assessment of effectiveness and costs of sponsorships. I nurture strong professional relationships with vendors, partners, and exhibitors, along with producing overall plan of operations. I supervise exhibitor experience by developing Exhibitor Service Manual, ensuring smooth flow of communication, and fostering strengthened onsite customer relations. I spearheaded the creation of onsite space selection to help onboard exhibitors sooner giving all parties a longer planning cycle and bigger savings.
