Growing companies that have an evolving Enablement, Learning & Development or Learning & Performance teams often share similar difficulties. Add in new hires, non-existing processes, disorganized stakeholder interactions and customer transactions that cannot be put on pause - your north star will feel out of reach. That’s why having the right person who is able to make sense of the chaos can make all of the difference. A person who is able to see the big picture but also map out the details that are often overlooked and can “build the plane while they fly it”. For the past 10 years I’ve been fortunate to work in high-performing teams within the telecommunications, retail, financial services and advertising spaces. Through those experiences I’ve enabled customer-centric brands with clear, well-thought processes during periods of hyper-growth, mergers and economic uncertainty. In the past few years, I’ve pioneered many programs, processes and data collecting initiatives at Better.com while having first-hand experience in creating a Global Enablement organization. My work requires strong cross-functional partnership, creative problem-solving for unique obstacles and unwavering determination to “figure it out”. I’ve recently joined Effectv, a Comcast Company to help establish a Learning & Performance team, where we are tackling unique learning challenges through effective and engaging learning solutions while building strong organizational relationships.
