ABOUT KATHERINE SULLIVAN

As an experienced Global Benefits and Wellbeing Leader, I have a passion for enhancing the Employee Experience through the use of creative benefit design and problem-solving. My approach to developing a global benefits strategy involves weaving together the corporate value proposition, which includes diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI & B), with local best practices and regulations specific to each country.In tying together the benefits strategy, I enjoy connecting hyper-relevant wellbeing solutions with engaging communications rooted in behavioral economics.Collaboration is important to me, and I enjoy working with a team. I am a life-long learner and apply situational leadership to achieve results. My managers can attest that I am willing to propose bold ideas and take ownership of projects. My direct reports and mentees will tell you that I encourage and empower them to grow and achieve their potential.
