ABOUT KATHERINE CAVERLY
I grew up as an elite level soccer player so I\'ve always thrived at solving problems and delivering under high pressure situations. Today, I use that mindset in my role a in value creation services at Deloitte to find creative solutions and advise clients through their most stressful, highly disruptive events such as large scale M&A, restructuring or operating model re-design. Leveraging my previous experience as an auditor of market leading clients who complied under Sarbanes-Oxley, I have learned the best practice operating models that companies should have and work hand in hand with my clients to enact change. Although most of my experience is in large listed businesses, I enjoy providing practical advice to right-size businesses as they scale up. I am passionate about work-life balance, consistent learning and a supporter of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
