Looking back on my career, I am grateful for the beginning that changed my life forever. It reminded me that sometimes, the most unexpected things can lead you down the path to success. I am proud of all I have accomplished, and I look forward to the opportunities that lie ahead. Early in my career, I started as a recruiter at a well-known staffing firm in downtown Los Angeles. This opportunity ignited my passion for recruitment, and ever since I have been determined and dedicated to being the best and connecting talented individuals with dynamic organizations that offer the career growth they were looking for. Over time, I have gained valuable experience in staffing firms, search firms (contingency and retainer), executive search, and corporate talent acquisition. As an individual contributor, I have excelled and taken on the role of training and mentoring and leading others. Working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to fulfill their talent requirements has led to praise for my talent acquisition competencies from multiple sources and driven me to exceed expectations.
