About Katherine Windsor

I am currently an Instructional Excellence Coordinator for Eden Prairie Schools, specifically aligned with Eden Prairie High School. My role directly supports the mission, vision, and goals of the district and the school to support better outcomes for all students. My work is centered around developing professional development, innovative technology usage, cultural proficiency, engaging in observations, supporting PLC work and one-to-one coaching around instructional practices.Prior to my current role, I was a licensed physical education, health, and developmentally adapted physical education teacher working at Eden Prairie High School for six years. I have completed both my undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Minnesota and received a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, and a Masters of Education in Applied Kinesiology.In my time at the University of Minnesota, I spent four years on the varsity rowing team, with one year as captain. I spent well over 500 hours volunteering my time to various organizations and growing my passion for serving the personal development of youth through sport.
