After more than 20 years in corporate leadership development roles, Kit founded her own firm, Compass Consulting, in 2011, a coaching firm with a global focus. In 2017, Compass merged with 3D Leadership Group and Kit brought her many skills to 3D. She and her partner Neil have now formed a consulting company to support nonprofits. They focus on consulting and coaching in Governance, Strategy and Board and Staff Development.Kit began her career as an investment banker at Citibank, then moved to First Pennsylvania where she led the Commercial Lending businesses. After more than a decade as a senior executive in financial services, she became the head of Global Leadership Development for Genzyme (now Sanofi Genzyme). She’s also held coaching and consulting roles with the former Manchester Partners International which created opportunities for her to coach Fortune 500 CEO’s, CFO’s, CIO’s and Chief Legal Officers. Kit has also worked as a consultant with Harvard Business School and served as a Managing Partner with two other global leadership development consultancies.Kit has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Penn, and an undergraduate degree in Philosophy from Rosemont College. She is certified in numerous assessment tools including Benchmarks, Hay Group’s Emotional Intelligence Inventory, the LEA and the MBTI. She considers herself a global citizen having lived and worked in many parts of the world, and she speaks French fluently and gets by in Italian and German.
