My name is Katherine Watt. I am a graduate from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. I received my Bachelors in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. I am currently a Technical Recruiter for Computer World Services (CWS) in Fairview Heights, IL. As a Technical Recruiter I proactively build CWS’s talent pipeline and network of potential candidates by identifying, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for future growth targets and goals. In this position I am responsible for sourcing accurate candidates based off of position descriptions, as well as creating and posting position descriptions. I maintain communications between applicants during submission and pending award.
