I lead all recruitment efforts to grow and strengthen our chapter\'s sisterhood. My role centers around strategic planning, event coordination, team leadership, and community outreach.Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute all aspects of Formal Recruitment, including scheduling, logistics, and coordination with campus Panhellenic Council. Oversee and lead a recruitment team, delegating responsibilities and ensuring alignment with chapter goals and national standards. Organize and manage tabling events and informal recruitment initiatives to engage with prospective new members and build chapter visibility. Communicate with potential new members to provide information about our chapter, values, and the recruitment process.Through this position, I’ve developed strong skills in leadership, event planning, team management, and interpersonal communication, while helping foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for our chapter and the broader Greek community.
