My responsibilities include-Assisting patrons with information needs, issuing library cards, and updating user records-Performing circulation and interlibrary loan functions, including managing fees and reports-Maintaining and organizing library materials according to current standards-Operating various electronic equipment, such as computers, printers, and scanners, to support library services-Creating displays and promotional materials to engage the community and promote library events-Enforcing library policies while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere-Collaborating with team members and training colleagues on library procedures when needed.Most importantly, this position allows me to actively support and give back to my community by preserving free and unrestricted access to literature, history, and knowledge.
