ABOUT KATHERINE SMITH
No matter what I’m doing, I always strive to be the best version I can be and take pride in what I do. When I was a student, I strived for dean’s list. As a server I strived for high seniority and top sales. And when my partner was injured, I knew I was going to be the best caregiver I could be.From time management, customer service, and adapting to a fast-paced setting, serving granted me skills that can be applied to any position. Caregiving has taught me what it means to remain level headed in a high stress environment. How to speak up and think outside the box. How to research and meticulously keep track of everyday changes. But ultimately it taught me how to be a piece in a larger puzzle. The importance of respecting every piece and how to work together to optimize success.
