ABOUT KATHERINE ZANNETTI
I am an Associate in the Banking Group at Bodman PLC. I work on a variety of commercial loan transactions, including middle market, syndications, captive insurance, and real estate facilities.I recieved my J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in May 2022 and passed the July 2022 Michigan Bar Exam. Throughout my time at Wayne Law, I was Production Editor of the Wayne Law Review, President of The Federalist Society, a chairperson for the Jaffe Transactional Law Competition, Governor-at-Large for the Student Board of Governors, and a member of the Entrepreneurship and Business Law Society.I graduated from Grand Valley State University\'s Honors College in December 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies, an ABA approved program, and a minor in General Business.
