About Katherine Schiavoni
Health system leader, clinical innovator, and primary care physician building a high-performing, equitable, and affordable health care delivery system. I am dedicated to improving care for medically and socially complex individuals across the lifespan through systems-level innovation and value-based care. I bring expertise in clinical care, advanced analytics, and implementation science to design and scale clinical programs that improve value in health care. Previously, I implemented health-related social needs screening and community-based partnerships for food and housing supports as part of the MassHealth Flexible Services and Health Related Social Needs programs. I practice Med-Peds primary care in a community health center with a focus on serving recent immigrant families and the integration of behavioral health and health-related social needs.
