I have over 15 years experience assisting my clients with corporation tax year end and tax compliance cycles, ad hoc tax consulting advice and liaising with HMRC during statutory audits as well as day to day matters. I work on clients from a wide focus of industries, including retail, logistics and technology groups. I have worked on a number of disposals and acquisitions, providing tax vendor and purchaser due diligence reports to my clients, together with detailed step plan advice in relation to these transactions. I have previously worked on secondment to the UK tax desk in New York, advising clients on UK tax structuring issues, including the UK tax issues of investing in overseas territories.
