   In my current role, I wear multiple hats to support public-sector clients, social media and marketing campaigns, and daily operational functions.In my government services coordination work, I help ensure the seamless delivery of public programs by supporting scheduling, reporting, and interdepartmental communication. I manage documentation, track service timelines, and maintain compliance with agency procedures and service standards.I also coordinate social media and marketing efforts, creating and managing content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn. I design visual assets, write public-facing messages, and help to develop different social media campaigns for use amongst our 26 offices. Within the operations support center, I support a high volume of inquiries, client-specific reporting requests, and support various administrative functions.This diverse role allows me to blend operational support with digital communications, making a meaningful impact on public services while supporting the mission of the agency and the staffing excellence of Abacus Corporation.
