Monitoring and ensuring learner progression within Level Four data academy apprenticeships. ABOUT KATHERINE R.
Currently acting as a Senior Learner Success Coach for Decoded. Coaching level four data analyst apprentices throughout their learner journey, and ensuring the embedding of data analysis skills throughout their programmes. Previously acted as a Student Support Coach and IAG officer for Learning Skills Partnership. I have over three years education experience, in addition to being a fully qualified guidance counsellor, with primary experience within a higher education environment. My previous skills and experience surround supporting students on a wide range of mental health and well being concerns, in addition to academic progression support, and other general pastoral matters. In addition to holding a degree apprenticeship certification within guidance counselling, I also hold a diploma of higher education within Psychology (BSc) and further qualifications within child protection, safeguarding, and counselling skills. I have also recently gained a Mental Health First Aider Level two diploma which allows me to act as such in my previous workplace. In addition to this certification, I have also acted as a safeguarding officer.
