ABOUT KATHERINE ONEAL
In 2024, I graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in psychology and minors in digital marketing and business economics. As part of the ND Army ROTC program, I commissioned as an Active Duty U.S. Army Officer. My military training, study abroad experiences, research, and other formative opportunities have shaped a leadership style that emphasizes empowering others through active participation, consistent feedback, and open communication. I believe that leadership is about serving others and helping them reach their full potential.I am a creative problem-solver who thrives on collaboration and enjoys finding innovative solutions. My curiosity drives me to continuously learn and seek deeper insight into the human condition by asking meaningful questions. As a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in the Czech Republic, I gained a deeper appreciation for the value of cross-cultural exchange and building lasting global relationships. Following training in San Antonio, Texas, I am excited to begin my Army career as a Field Medical Assistant at Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
